Fiscal Officer

The Fiscal Officer role should be filled by an administrative officer of the organization who has the appropriate authority. The Fiscal Officer is charged with oversight duties for the accounts assigned to them. They will be notified if those accounts have not been reconciled (both Prepared and Approved) within 30 days after the close of a month.

• Oversight view of all accounts assigned to them via the Summary Screen in Recon@UVA.

• An Oversight Report by Approver and Organization that indicates where overdue reports are in the workflow.

• The Delinquent Users Report displays the status and role assignments for reconciliations not completed by the due date. 

• Recon@ Qlik Sense Module that provides insight into the metrics and details surrounding their Units’ monthly expenditure (GA) reconciliations
