Please note any changes or updates to supplier profiles must be made by the supplier. UVA’s Supplier Managers will not be able to access supplier profiles in PaymentWorks. If an existing vendor needs their information updated, they need to be sent a registration with PaymentWorks and make the changes themselves.
PaymentWorks’ personalized registration portal allows the supplier to manage their information online through their own secure login. Updates to information are fast, easy, and immediate. PaymentWorks also represents a significant step forward in our commitment to the security of their business and payment information.
